Microsoft owes me!

che_gilsonIt is my firm belief that Microsoft owes a copy of Windows 7 to all of us who have had to suffer with Vista for the past three years. I'm serious about this! Although I don't know how well 7 works, it's supposed to be better. The commercials SAY it's better. I wonder if the word docs are backwards compatable? Which they ARE NOT in Vista. I have to save everything in Word 97 or no one can open the document.
I just realized my laptop is about 3/4 years old. The poor battery has no juice left! I have to have it plugged in all the time while I'm using it now or it dies in about 20 min. I would replace it if I had the money. Well, maybe someday...
I'm still woring on my cabaret fairies and the RFN, and a YA book I'm trying to write. It began life as a comic but may become a book book. I'm typing- yes TYPING, chapter one so I can get it up on Critters.org. I have contributed two critiques to that already and am a member in good standing! LOL! Not officialy, but my contribution ratio (?) is in good order.
I gotta draw more. I'm gonna put the effort in! I swear!
