So there was an actual dollmeet in Fresno and I went! I posted a bunch of pics in a gallery thread on DoA http://www.denofangels.com/forums/showthread.php?t=326664 It should be viewable for everyone... Maybe not, I dunno.

Here are a couple pics and a link to my Photobucket. IF the Facebook loader is working I'll put them all up there. Photobucket http://s173.photobucket.com/albums/w57/Chehime/fresno%20dollmeet%2009/

Pics:

This is the whole group. It was a pretty good group of dolls for only having about six people come. I brought six dolls. Sard, Kurumi, Souxsie, Bon Bon, Starr, and Scylla.

I have to say, the more I see LittleFees the more I'd like one. But I said at the meetup "I only buy limited Edition" And the hostess laughed and said "Your one of those people aren't you?" OMG! Totally! I do try from time to time to own standards, then some awesome LE comes out and I sell them to buy it. I'm a little sorry I'm one of those people, I wish I could just standard editions and be happy. Then we were asked "Who has something on layaway" and of course I have to raise my hand. Since Bygg got me..

And speaking of LEs the Volks One-Offs are up. Competition is going to be horrendous. I don't know why they think 10 is acceptable for basically the WHOLE of North America to enter the lottery for. The One-Off Ruby is nice and the Suigintou is really nice but I think I've resigned myself to never getting about 99% of dolls I'd like to from Volks. I wonder how many other people give-up on Volks? I mean the periodic bone they see fit to throw out once in awhile gives a false impression of hope. But frankly I find it funner to actually get the doll I want as opposed to losing ALL the time. Call me crazy but it just feels better.
