che_gilsonI'm still sick! Dammit all! This turned out to be nastier sinus infection then I thought. But my sinuses are finally draining. Of course if this bacterial I'm fucked and it won't get better without antibiotics which I hate to take.
My seamstress just finished sowing me the pinafore with the heart shaped front from GLB. It came out really cute except the straps are too long. I think that might be my fault though. She called and asked for the measurements and I might have done it wrong. I'm thinking of just fixing it myself. And SHE messed up some of the lace I bought. The edges are cut off of a few of the rounded points. That didn';t make me too happy. The whole thing cost $125 too. My mom is convinced she is ripping me off and who knows, maybe she is... But she was the only seemstress in town who would even talk to me. Otherwise I'd have to go to one in Fresno or Visalia.
I'm almost done with Great Expectations THANK GOD! For some reason it has taken me forever to finish that book. It's pretty good though. Pip is rather stupid. I think Dickens should have called it Great Assumptions. Because thats all Pip does is assume. And what a jerk for turning his back on Joe! He is a total ungracious little shit just like all his relatives said he was! Well he has about four chapters to make up to Joe and Biddy and he better do it!
I completely screwed myself! I messed up my Amtrak Guest Rewards when I was trying to get on their website. Now they'll probably cancel the wrong account. I better go call them.... I ended up with two accounts! Don't ask.. When will I learn to NEVER do anything online!!????
