Feb. 27th, 2007 07:48 pmI'm ordering the blank Segi head for my Segi boy. I'm trying to put together a Latidoll group order on DoA. I hear the shipping from Lati costs a fortune for some reason. Next I need an SD10 new pureskin boybody and because Volks is so high and mighty that they don't sell parts I'll have to split a Ryo with someone. But first I need another $350-$400. I saw a nice peice of furniture the other day that was $799 and I can't say anything now after having spent $1000 on a FREAKIN doll.
I had my first nightmare about dolls last night too. Not really a nightmare like scary scary-but unpleasant. I had ordered the wrong doll from Lati, I wanted Yearn and ordered Cara and she was tanning but horribly marbled and also blocky and angled like she'd been half carved from a block of wood. When I tried to get on the Latidoll site I clicked on the wrong thing and ended up on another site and everything I clicked just kept getting farther from Lati and I couldn't get back to the Lati site. Weird eh. Is there something wrong with me?
The list of dolls I want is enormous and getting bigger and it's so frustrating combing the DoA marketplace (daily I might add) and seeing so many dolls I want, all just out of reach. I'm hoping I reach a sort off saturation point soon were I won't be so obsessed. The funny part is, after I bought Lishe and for the year or so after that I was content. I didn't even go back to the Luts site and I didn't know most of the other doll companies even existed. Then I joined DoA and saw all these other dolls from all these other companies I'd never seen before and I became doll crazy! I'm dying to buy more and I have to wonder is it because I love them or is it because I just want more dolls??
