che_gilsonHello again, I suppose I don't really have to start each update with a greeting. Considering I don't think anyone is reading these. But I'm having fun so I don't care. It would be nice to have more than one person friend me though.
It is still cold and rainy. This is supposed to be California in May. We should be using the air conditioning instead of the heat. I hate cold weather. It sucks away my energy.
Thursday, quite by accident I saw a flight of fighter jets returning to NAS Lemoore. Apparently a lot of people knew about the jets since there was a crowd of people on the streets of downtown. They actually flew pretty low.
While I was out I went to the local news stand and picked up X-Men: Ronin. I couldn't believe I actually bought a Marvel comic. I bought 1-4. It's actually acute comic. I think it might be part of their manga line. The artist is Japanese, Makoto Natsuka. It is a 5 issue miniseries with the X-Men as a leader less clan of mutants. Toad is actually a good guy. The art is really cute and the coloring is very nice. This story, while nothing to write home about, is quite readable. I'm looking forward to issue 5.
