Thank you Moose and Zee on NickJR for being awesome! Fuck you NickJR website for NOT having the song lyrics to the best Moose and Zee songs! FYI Moose sings a great song called "I'm going on a trip" which is great. their current seashore song is not so good. And they have another genious brilliant song I want and don't have the lyrics posted for that either... grrrrr.
So, I'm going on a trip! And I'm more excited than anyone going to Oakland has a right to be. But if you live in the Central Valley you'd be happy too. I fully expect it to be cooler there than here.
I am taking my books with me to write on, my compter to watch because they don't have cable!!! (the horror!) and my Nintendo DS to play. And a bunch of other stuff too since it's two weeks. I'm thinking of bringing a couple dols with me, my camera and of course books to read. One library book HAS to be finished before I go. The other At Home in Mitford (which I'm reading for research) can be checked out one more time so I may renew it online if I can't finish it before I go.
I thought I would HATE the Mitford book but er... well...it's not as bad as I thought. The Bible quotin' gets a little old, but I don't know... I mean it has NO plot. It actually makes Tea Times Three look like a thrill ride. But I'm still reading it! Why? I have no idea! The writing is odd too. It's like a series of unconected scenes. But The dust jacket has promised there will be a plot- something about a jewel thief. I did not think I'd last past chapter one since it soooo very, very Christian, but I'm a few hundred pages in. Oh- and get this- it's the large print edition the thing is like 700 pages long!
