Christmas Doll

Well, this little girl came home for Christmas. Her name is Violetta (or Violet for short) Dreadful, and she is a little witch and her little cat is Cocoa a Souldoll Aku. Violetta is a hand cast doll from the clothing maker Honig Doll, and she is the first doll they ever made. She was limited to 10 which is apparently as many as a can be made hand cast (which someone told me.)

I will say, her wig is driving me nuts. The actual cap of the wig is too small to cover her head and it slides all over and doessn't cover the seam of the head cap. I think I'd like to get a mohair wig for her. I think that'd be cute. I also want to make a broom and wand for her. I'm not sure how to make the wand though. A twig will be too thin, sculpy will look like sculpy. I MAY go with wire if I can figure out how to make it nice. I did see a MNF on the boards today who had what looked like a short hairstick as a wand/scepter! So I may look for a short hairstick.
