The perfect quote

I found a quote that perfectly sums up my life. It pretty much hits the nail on the head in regard to all my hopes and dreams in comics. I have always wanted to do comics. Artwise I was never up to parr. But I sure can write! Not that means anything. After years of trying I have extremely little to show for my efforts.

This quote comes from a book by Rob Long called Conversations With My Agent. I highly, highly recommend this book.

Here's the quote: "...and yet there is nothing more wasteful or pathetic than trying to get invited to a party that simply won't have you."
