Writing Meme Q7

7. Do you listen to music while you write? What kind? Are there any songs you like to relate/apply to your characters?

No. I preffer to work in silence. And why does this question show up in every freakin writing meme? Personally I don't know how people write with a lot of noise. If I do have music going while I work it's either distracting from the flow of the writing or I block out the music and miss the CD. Besides that I haven't listened to anything other than an Abraham-Hicks CD in months. except like 2 days ago when I was working Photoshop and listened to the best of the Gin Blossoms.

Anyway- short answer is no. I don't listen to anything when I write.

So in other news some of you out there maybe wondering what happened to Igor?? My lovebird?? Well he is still alive and kicking! He's gotten mch friendlier and now love to be outside his cage. He has been to the vet several times and I have finally converted him to healthy food. I update on a bird forum so by the time I post there I don't feel like re-posting on LJ.

And where are the art updates? Those are on the Dark Ink Sorority blog which I update every Sunday.

In doll news- Abig uberthanks to Winterelf who is getting me the two Yos- White Rabbit open eyed, and Little Lorena from NY Dolpa!! squee! I am so psyched! I can't wait! And so NOW Volks re-releases my beloved Ran! Oh well, I'll just have to get her later! :) This is actually good because now she won't cost as much and there will be more of her.
