Do you snack while you read? If so, favorite reading snack?
No. I used to but I don't anymore. I haven't been reading much and when I do it' late in the evening and I don't eat after 7p.m.

What is your favorite drink while reading?
All I ever drink is water or sun tea when I remember to make it.

Do you tend to mark your books as you read, or does the idea of writing in books horrify you?
Only non-fiction and only when they are mine! Otherwise, no, I don't write in books.  

How do you keep your place while reading a book? Bookmark? Dog-ear? Laying the book flat open?
Stick a piece of paper in it, whatever is handy which is ironic since I MAKE bookmarks but don't use them. Sometimes lay flat.

Fiction, Non-Fiction, or Both?
99% fiction, 1% non-fiction 

Are you a person who tends to read to the end of a chapter, or can you stop anywhere?
Stop anywhere.

Are you a person to throw a book across the room or on the floor if the author irritates you?
Only when I was a kid.

If you come across an unfamiliar word, do you stop and look it up right away?
I usually figure it out by context.

What are you currently reading?
Ghost A la Mode and Second Hand Spirits. They are my 'bathroom' book so I have been reading them awhile.
I'm waiting for the second book in the Mitford series from the library right now. Sue me, I actually kinda like them. 

Are you a person that reads one book at a time, or can you read more than one?
More than one.

The bathroom...

Do you prefer series books or stand-alones?
That's a dumb question. If the series is good I'll read them, but stand alones are fine too.

Is there a specific book or author you find yourself recommending over and over?
Chuck Pahlanuik, China Mieville, H.P. Lovecraft, Garth Nix and if I had anyone to recommend it too, the Sweep Series.

How do you organize your books? By genre, title, author's last name, etc?
I don't. I stick em on a shelf and their lucky if they make it that far.
