Gluten free radio!

BEHOLD!!!! Wheat free Macaroni and Cheese! That's right it'smade with rice pasta. There's no wheat, corn, or nutritional value. And while lacking gluten it is not dairy free. So sorry if your lactose intolerant. I made the sauce from scratch and it's thickened with Arrowroot. I was out of tapioca flour unfortunately and no one seems to carrying it. FYI tapioca flower is an awesome thickener! Technically I htink this is more of a cassarole than traditional Mac n Cheese since I added organic ground beef to it. But it sure was tastey! I ate for a week on this! I decided to document any really good food I make.



I took more pics of Emilio and played with my camera settings. It does things I never new it did! It takes pics in sepia and black and white. Okay so sue me, I never read the long manual. The color has a bunch of settings too, like vivid. Anyway my goal is to make avatary of all my dolls so I can rotate them. I'm not there yet. But I'll keep trying. In the close-ups you can really see the flaws in his face-up. I wish I were better at face-ups... I really wish I had another can of Mr. Super Clear!!









This one is pretty sexy I think.
