che_gilsonAs much as the Teen Titians cartoon sucks, the Spiderman cartoon on MTV is really cool. It's computer animated by Mainframe, the fine folks who brought us Reboot. I will say they have improved greatly over the years. The Spiderman cartoon, while being 3-D, is cel shaded and has a neat flat look to it. The writing is pretty good but a little clumsey at times. The funniest thing is that Doogie Houser does the voice of Spiderman.
I also decided to post the first two pages of my new comic epic called Hex. I might spell it Hexx. Although I don't want to rip off Lexx. Anyway, I'm just going to pencil the comic not ink it. I'm also going to shade it on the computer. But, I'm not going to use half tones in Photoshop.I want an ink wash effect which I believe from either CG Illust or If I'm really brave, Painter. I'm coloring up a t-shirt design in CG illust right now and it's pretty easy.
