"It's ungumly"
Sep. 13th, 2007 03:52 pmI've been grinding out script this past week and I'm almost done with Chapter 2 of Dark Moon Diary vol. 2. I THINK I have to have it done by Oct 1 first or so but I'm not going to go look it up. That way lies disaster. Still, it's going well but I think I wrote too much. I was so worried that it would be short while writing the synopsis and now I'm afraid it'll go long. I think the chapter breaks may have to go and no double page spreads this time. Also a lot of scenes are getting shortened. On the brightside I FINALLY came up with names for Priscilla's grandparents, Klaus and Faustine, and by came up with I mean I got Klaus off of an episode of Carnivale which I watched this afternoon and Faustine from my little notebook of names. I haven't even managed to work their names into dialogue yet. I just felt bad calling them Grandpa and Grandma throughout the script. They went unamed in the synopsis too.
In between writing I'm watching 30 Rock off of NBC.com. It's STILL hilarious even though the season just ended. It is a wierd half hour commercial for GE and NBC though. I feel like souless corporate dupe for watching and enjoying it. OMG Alec Baldwin is hyterical! He doesn't even have to do anything! He has this awesome deadpan delivery that is perfect for Jack Donoughy (hmmm I don't know how to spell that). It's funny that 30 Rock and Studio 60 had basically the same premise but 30 Rock made it. Studio 60 was too much of a soap opera, although I enjoyed it while it lasted, I was least interested in the personal lives of the characters.
Doll photos! Wheee! I took a bunch of photos of the entire crew. Isabella is in an uncharacteristic black wig but I felt it went best with her gown. Here are some of the pics.
I haven't been interested in reading at all lately either. I started two different YA novels and just don't care. I think it's time to take them to the used bookstore. I wish my sales on Amazon had gone better. I wish anyone would buy anything I'm selling...

frogwitch who is going to make SD size armor! YAY! He is going to be the model for thier new business! And it might make it easier to vacuum under my be too. Which, due to the 3 insect bites I got last night, may be in order...
