A couple weeks ago I was watching Iron Chef Battle Chocolate and Coconut. The one time they could have got out the ice cream maker, and they DIDN"T! Bacon ice cream???!!! Come on!! They always make something horrible for dessert. So the one time they could actually make something appropriate, unlike venison sorbet...shudder.
