Day 11 - Favorite mecha series

You know what? After I did this post I realized I forgot about Stellvia! Again, this isn't a series I love for the mechs, I love it for the characters. But I think it's a bit of an underated show. It has an interesting premise, fun characters, good animation, and a lot of heart.

If you've never seen it I'd like to recommend it as a nice blend of mecha and shojou less gratuitious than Gunbuster (again my age is showing..) and a lot less angsty than a lot of mech shows with male leads *coughgundamwingsevangelion*
